Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.Monitor project progress and address potential risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.Supervise procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.Provide leadership to the project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.The Successful Applicant
Minimum 12 years of experience in project development, construction, or technical management, preferably in renewable energy projects (solar, HV works).Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale renewable energy projects from feasibility to COD.Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems (solar PV) and HV interconnection projects.Expertise in feasibility studies, CAPEX / OPEX assessment, LCOE analysis, and cash flow control.Experience in managing RFP processes, negotiating EPC / BOS contracts, and vendor management.Proficiency in technical design optimization, scheduling, and cost control processes.In-depth understanding of project lifecycle, including development, execution, and operation.Competence in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource planning.What s on Offer
