We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Specialist to ensure exceptional service quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage service operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

📍 Location : Muntinlupa, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode : Flexible office & remote

💼 Role : Service Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage global 24x7 IT Infrastructure & Security services across 600+ locations

Lead service delivery frameworks including SLA definition, KPI tracking, and service catalog implementation

Manage incident, request, and problem management in line with ITIL standards

Ensure operational governance, SLA compliance, and stakeholder alignment

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, SOP documentation, and daily service reporting

Collaborate cross-functionally to build consistency and efficiency in delivery

Report directly to the Infrastructure Head with escalation and performance updates

Required Skills & Experience :

10+ years in IT Infrastructure or Service Delivery

5+ years in a Service Delivery Manager or Lead role

Strong background in datacenter, cloud, network, or security domains

Proven experience in service management frameworks and ticketing systems

Effective leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Willingness to travel and work across different time zones

Preferred Certifications :

ITIL Certified (Minimum Requirement)

Additional certifications in project management or process improvement are a plus

Technical Environment :

Cloud : Azure, AWS, GCP, Private & Hybrid

Systems : OS & platform monitoring, maintenance, and capacity

Network : Switches, Firewalls, VoIP

Storage / Backup : Veeam, Commvault, DR monitoring

Tools : Service Desk platforms, critical incident management systems

Soft Skills & Attributes :

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

Experience in multi-region collaboration and enterprise environments

Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or CMMI models

Mentorship and skill development focus for team growth
