This is a remote position.

Schedule :  Monday to Friday, 5 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM | Saturday to Sunday, 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM | London (GMT)

Part-time : 29.5 hours a week

Client Overview

Join   a   thriving fitness business operating two premium gym locations in southwest London! This dynamic company has been successfully providing personal training services for over six years and recently expanded into small group fitness classes. They’ve partnered with   a   high-performing marketing company and are experiencing explosive growth with 120+ leads generated in just 10 days. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of   a   rapidly expanding fitness business that serves an upscale clientele and values professional excellence in everything they do.

Job Overview

We’re seeking   a   versatile Administrative Sales Support Representative to be the vital connection between our growing fitness business and its expanding client base. You’ll play   a   crucial role in managing the exciting influx of new prospects while ensuring seamless administrative operations across two busy gym locations. This remote position offers the perfect blend of sales support and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to directly impact business growth while working with   a   professional, success-driven team. You’ll be supporting   a   business that’s scaling rapidly and needs someone who can keep pace with its ambitious growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to high-volume inbound leads from web forms, advertising campaigns, and referrals within 2-hour timeframes
  • Screen and qualify incoming calls and inquiries from prospective gym members
  • Present fitness programs and membership benefits to potential clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Schedule consultations and manage comprehensive follow-up communication sequences
  • Maintain accurate customer records and lead tracking in GoHighLevel CRM system
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoice management and member issue resolution
  • Manage email communications and lead inbox with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Perform booking system updates and coordinate scheduling across multiple locations
  • Provide regular status updates and lead pipeline reports to management
  • Nurture prospects through the sales funnel to maximize conversion opportunities

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills with clear, professional speaking ability suitable for upscale clientele
  • Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel
  • Background in sales support and administrative roles with customer-facing responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively across international time zones with flexibility
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in   a   remote environment
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or service industries strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle high-volume lead management (120+ leads per 10-day period)
  • Professional demeanor suitable for serving the premium southwest London market
