Requirements
Excellent English communication skills with minimal to no accent (critical requirement due to customers having hearing difficulties) Proven customer service experience with demonstrated patience and empathy Basic technical literacy including understanding of Bluetooth technology and mobile applications Access to Android or iOS smartphone within 3 years old for app testing and support Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment for phone-based support Genuine passion for helping people with disabilities and making a positive impact Availability for part-time schedule with minimum 20 hours per week commitment Comfort with learning new assistive technology and hardware troubleshooting
