Responsibilities
Manage client communications through advanced ticket management systems and ensure proper routing to specialized team membersHandle comprehensive administrative tasks including invoice processing, payment tracking, and client follow-up communicationsServe as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing professional phone support and message managementConfigure and manage DNS records for client implementations, ensuring seamless technical setup processesSupport new client onboarding by coordinating information gathering, requirement setup, and technical configurationsMaintain organized digital filing systems and document management processes using Google Drive and other platformsWork with cutting-edge CRM and marketing automation tools including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Go High LevelProvide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needs ariseEnsure client compliance by tracking document submissions and following up on outstanding requirementsRequirements
Strong technical background with demonstrated expertise in DNS configuration and managementExperience with Zoho products (CRM, Desk) and familiarity with Go High Level platform highly preferredExcellent English communication skills with proven ability to handle client-facing interactions professionallyAdministrative or receptionist experience with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesTechnical support or IT background valued, with ability to troubleshoot various technical challengesProficiency in ticket management systems and customer support workflowsStrong attention to detail for document management and administrative task completionAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team membersAdaptability to learn new technical tools and processes as business needs evolveIndependent Contractor Perks
