Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 3–5 years of extensive e-commerce experience. Skilled in managing and optimizing operations on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok. Digital Marketing Proficiency : Search Engine Optimization (SEO) | Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads | Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) | Email Marketing | Content Strategy HMO on the first day Mandated Government contributions 13th month pay Performance Review
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders across all platforms (Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, eBay).
- Handle lost or damaged claims, oversee FBA / FBM accuracy, process frame replacements and affiliate requests, and coordinate internal frame purchases
- Manage listings, pricing, and account health across all platforms.
- Oversee and handle lost or damaged item claims, chargebacks, and disputes.
- Help with with order issues, customer communication, and monitor high risk orders.
- Maintain and update sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance data.
- Identify inefficiencies, develop and maintain SOPs, and organize key resources.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, strategies, and promotions to adjust accordingly.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to enhance operations.
