Job descriptionCollaborate with recruiters and account managers to gather client staffing needs. Publish job postings, review applications, and coordinate interview schedules. Manage candidate records and update applicant tracking systems. Assist in planning and executing job fairs and recruitment activities. Draft employment contracts and prepare deployment paperwork. Conduct onboarding orientations for new employees. Oversee completion of background checks, medical exams, and other pre-employment requirements. Ensure accurate documentation for deployed personnel. Help generate HR reports, attendance sheets, and deployment schedules. Ensure adherence to labor regulations, client standards, and company policies. Assist in resolving workplace concerns and support grievance procedures. Contribute to employee engagement and retention programs.
What we’re looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR experience in staffing or manpower services is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS / ATS tools.
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and working in a fast-paced environment.
