RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUANCE OF EMPLOYEE CONTRACT (EMPLOYMENT, CAR, TRAINING BOND, ETC)H. RELEASING OF MEMORANDUM (OFFICE MEMO, DISCIPLINARY)I.
ASSISTS IN DOCUMENTING / MONITORING OF EMPLOYEE ACTION NOTICE, OUTGOING DOCUMENTS AND PROCESS OF THE DEPARTMENT.J.
HANDLING WORKPLACE INVESTIGATIONS, DISCIPLINARY, AND TERMINATION PROCEDURES.K.
MAINTAINING EMPLOYEE AND WORKPLACE PRIVACY / CONFIDENTIALITY.L.
ASSISTS IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING HR STRATEGIES AND INITIATIVES, SYSTEMS, TACTICS, PROCEDURES ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION ALIGNED WITH THE OVERALL BUSINESS STRATEGY.Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development management or any business related course.
- Experience as an HR Officer, HR Specialist, or HR Assistant is an advantage but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Knowledgeable of various HR functions such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, Employee Relations and Legal.
- Outstanding organizational skill, people skill and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong ethical standards and keen to details.
