Job DescriptionPosition: Level 1 IT Technician (Up to ₱50K)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)

The Level 1 IT Technician will deliver first-level technical support to clients through phone, email, chat, web, and other support channels as needed. This is an entry-level role, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
- Consistently provide a high level of customer care to maximise positive client experience.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Action and complete technical workshop tasks as directed.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team members.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Ensure proper, accurate and timely recording and closure of all client tickets.
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
- Any other tasks that reasonably fall into the scope of IT support.
Requirements
We’re Looking for Someone Who has:
- Minimum one year experience working in an IT support/helpdesk environment.
- Knowledge of IP networking, DHCP, DNS and general network principles.
- Knowledge of Windows desktop, Windows Server environments including current and previous generations.
- Experience in Group Policy administration.
- Malicious software detection and removal methods.
- Knowledge of Apple Mac operating systems beneficial.
- Knowledge of VOIP technologies beneficial.
- Experience configuring and administering Microsoft 365.
- Experience configuring and administering Microsoft Server Products including Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including current and previous versions.
- Experience with virtual technologies such as Hyper V.
- Experience with tablet and smart mobile phone technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Technology Networking, Information Technology Support, or Computer Systems Technology; or equivalent.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
