Training Specialist (Learning & Development)

Position : Trainer / Coach

Department : Enablement

Reports To : Enablement Training Manager

Role Purpose

The Trainer / Coach plays a key role in driving employee performance and capability by delivering effective training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. This role focuses on onboarding, upskilling, and reinforcing best practices to ensure employees are equipped to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (virtual and in- person) covering role-specific skills, company processes, and best practices.
• Provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to improve performance.
• Support onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity.
• Conduct skills assessments and identify development areas.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Training Managers to update training content.
• Monitor learner progress, track completion, and provide post-training support.
• Reinforce knowledge retention through follow-up sessions, role plays, and knowledge checks.
• Ensure all training aligns with company objectives and departmental needs.
