Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying potential
• Set meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
• Ability to attain key weekly calling and email metrics
• Research target companies and key decision-makers to personalize outreach
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and campaigns
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
