Job descriptionSet overall brand strategy and monthly calendars. Review proposals, lead project kick-offs, maintain KAM relationships, and oversee campaigns and events. Guide public relations efforts to strengthen brand presence and messaging. Execute trade programs and support the sales team with materials like kits and presentations. Lead business reviews, set online sales targets and discount strategies, and manage key campaigns. Approve manpower schedules, job orders, and coordinate with internal teams to align with the marketing calendar. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management; experience in eCommerce and trade marketing preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Analytical thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
