Position : Customer Service Specialist (Voice Accoount)

Company Industry : IT Company

Work Location : Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Salary : Php20,000-Php22,000

Work Set Up : Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Open for Highschool Graduate
• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service Representative
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in Cebu City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage all the inbound or outbound customer interactions via chat and email
• Ensure to respond to all inquiries of the customer
• Great the customer with professionalism, empathy and efficiency
• Ensure to look to what the customer needs and provide it deliver effective, timely solutions
• Participate to the internal teams and escalate issues when needed
