Work Setup : On-site (MOA, Pasay)

Work Schedule : Graveyard shift (8 PM-5 AM or 9 PM-6 AM)

Role Requirements :

Must be a college graduate

At least 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer (Life Insurance background preferred) in BPO

Total of 2 years of working experience in the BPO industry

Ability to transfer knowledge, develop, and motivate a team

Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferably available to start immediately
