Job descriptionAct as a trusted advisor for both employees and leaders, handling HR concerns with professionalism and fairness. Lead initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and workplace morale. Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring alignment with company values. Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and team structure. Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication. Strengthen leadership capabilities and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Oversee HR operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of employee records. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. Support compensation, benefits, and rewards program development. Provide HR metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making. Minimum 5 years of HR experience , with at least 2 years in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role . Strong background in performance management, employee relations, and engagement . Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Professional maturity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Experience in real estate, property management, or family-led organizations is preferred. Work directly with the President and Owner in a trusted, high-impact partnership role. The Role : People Partner
The People Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the leadership team, helping to design and implement HR strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational excellence. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with operational execution.
