Key Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment and onboarding
- Support employee engagement and L&D programs
- Assist with performance reviews and HR operations
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee records
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Behavioral Science, or related fieldsAt least 3 years of HR experience (generalist role preferred)Strong communication, organization, and people skillsFull-time | Reports to CFO & CEO
