POSITION : GENERAL MANAGER
As our General Manager , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company — from franchise development, commissary, warehouse, marketing, sales, HR and administration — ensuring smooth and profitable operations across all departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise department heads (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Admin)
- Create and implement business strategies and SOPs
- Monitor KPIs and ensure franchisee satisfaction
- Manage company performance, budgets, and profitability
- Report directly to the CEO and drive overall company growth
