Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to input information into our database from multiple spreadsheets and / or platforms.
The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, a fast typist, and has a keen eye for detail. A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles is essential. The company will rely on you to maintain accurate and up-to-date data that is easily accessible through digital systems.
Responsibilities
Transfer data from spreadsheets and other platforms into computer files or database systems
Type in data provided directly from customers
Create spreadsheets with large volumes of figures without mistakes
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure nothing is lost

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk
Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch-typing systems strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices
Basic understanding of databases
Great attention to detail
High school degree or equivalent
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be willing to work in Makati City , Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
