Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations.
Maintain and update employee records, including applications, resumes, and logs. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, benefits, and policies.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources / administrative position
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment / labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
