Key Responsibilities :
Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Provide strategic direction for critical business decisions.
Initiate and lead standardization, improvement, re-engineering, and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
Identify and implement revenue generation opportunities.
Operate in diverse and challenging environments, offering consultation and defining business requirements.
Lead change management efforts, share best practices, and build a diverse talent pool.
Deliver high-quality standards across processes and projects.
Ensure adherence to controls and compliance in line with company policies and norms.

Education :
At least 2 years in college (preferred but not required).
Work Experience :
Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry in the same or similar position.
Hands-on experience with GDS non-negotiable .
Experience with one or more preferred systems : Apollo, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo.
