Requirements : 5 years in BPO
2 to 3 years in a TL-level role
Preferably with experience in Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo tools
Good communication skills
Travel industry experience is a must
GDS is a nonnegotiable tool; the rest are preferred
Education Requirements : At least 2 years in College (preferred but not required)

Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineeringt-effectiveness ini initiatives
Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
Delivers high-quality standards across the processes and projects
Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
Demonstrates analytical capabilities, problem-solving, ambiguity management, multi-tasking
abilities in addition to driving results and collaborating & relationship-building skills.
