Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead our outbound lead generation efforts.
In this role, you will independently develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our EOR services.
You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, social platforms, and market research.
Beyond generating leads, you will set appointments, manage prospect relationships, and collaborate closely with the Sales Team to convert opportunities into business growth.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, has a proven background in outbound sales or lead generation, and is eager to contribute to a fast-growing global company.
What You'll Do Develop and Execute Your Own Strategy : You'll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive outbound strategy to generate qualified leads.
This includes cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging other platforms to connect with potential clients.
Generate High-Quality Leads : Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with prospects who have a need for our EOR services.
Achieve and Exceed KPIs : You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate and Report : While you'll operate independently on your outbound efforts, you'll work closely with the Sales Team to align on strategy and provide regular updates on your progress and results.
Master RecruitGo's Services : You will be trained on our EOR solutions and other Services and the unique value we bring to our clients, enabling you to effectively communicate our offerings.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach : Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new B2B leads.
Utilize a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls, and social media, to reach potential clients and build a robust pipeline.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential industries and clients that could benefit from our services.
Initiate contact and build relationships with potential clients through personalized communication.
Lead Management & Qualification : Diligently follow up on all leads and conduct in-depth research to understand their needs, pain points, and how RecruitGo can provide value.
Effectively communicate our value proposition to enhance sales opportunities.
Set qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration & Strategy : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead generation efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of your lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and presentations.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
Requirements : At least 3 years of experience in BPO / Outsourcing, lead generation, preferably in EOR or a similar role.
Proven success in end-to-end lead generation and appointment setting .
Highly motivated, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision with KPI -4 -8 meeting per months.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Goal-driven and committed to meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) services is an advantage.
Has experience in Linkedin apollo, and email marketing platform. Open to candidates within Metro Manila who can report onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
