Responsibilities
Execute strategic outreach campaigns to potential machine learning engineering candidates via LinkedIn and professional email platforms
Develop and maintain consistent follow-up communication sequences with high-caliber prospects throughout the recruitment pipeline
Manage multiple touchpoints with candidates to ensure sustained engagement and relationship building
Handle critical administrative functions that support the overall recruitment workflow and increase team operational efficiency
Maintain organized candidate tracking systems and detailed interaction records for optimal pipeline management
Support specialized recruitment processes targeting niche machine learning engineering positions in the competitive US market
Requirements
2 + years in recruitment i.e. doing cold outreach to candidates, cold emails, LinkedIn messages, screening calls.
Nice to have : Cold call experience.
