Our client is seeking a Social Media and Paid Ads Specialist to play a key role in launching their newest online program for allied health professionals.
This part-time, work-from-home role is perfect for someone who excels in campaign setup, optimization, and authentic audience engagement across digital platforms. You’ll manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, driving awareness, engagement, and enrollments.

Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and cost efficiency.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, insights, and ROI.
Manage ad budgets and ensure effective cost control.
Collaborate with the founder to align ad messaging, visuals, and brand tone.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithm updates.
(Bonus) Support in creating or refining ad creatives as needed.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads).
Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach.
Familiarity with lead generation and funnel-based marketing.
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Creative mindset and ability to adapt to evolving digital trends.
Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or education sectors is a plus.
