Job Overview :
Looking for a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to act as a crucial link between our Interior Designers and the Importation Officer. You'll primarily coordinate and monitor after-sales concerns, including warranty claims and service work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate & monitor warranty claims & service work requests with suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Maintain an accurate log of service activities including scheduling, status updates, and issue resolutions
- Provide regular updates & reports as a liaison between the Interior Design Team and the Importation Officer
- Create clear, professional emails and other written communication for internal & external use.
- Organize & maintain project-related documentation and support files.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, forms, and other materials required by the Design Team or Importation Officer.
Job Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Industrial Design / Interior Design / Architecture, or any related degreeFresh graduates are also welcome!Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook). Assertive, detail-oriented, and excellent at prioritizing tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a teamWork Arrangement :
On-site work setup (Office-based, located at Tagdalit St. Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City)Work Schedule :
Mondays to Fridays (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM) & Saturdays (8 : 00AM - 3 : 00PM)
