Human Resources Support
Assist with recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Help onboard new employees by preparing documents, contracts, and induction schedules.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR information systems.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, leaves, overtime).
Assist in handling employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Track attendance, leaves, and overtime records accurately.
Support training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Administrative Support
Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and presentations (employment contracts, memos, termination letters, etc.).
Manage HR documentation and ensure proper filing (physical and digital).
Coordinate meetings, interviews, HR events, and training sessions.
Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries directed to the HR department.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
Coordination and Communication
Act as a point of contact between HR, employees, and external partners.
Assist in performance management activities by organizing review forms and tracking submissions.
Support internal communication efforts such as newsletters or announcements.
Provide general administrative support to HR managers and other team members.
