Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to oversee the branding and marketing initiatives for one of the Philippines' most beloved food brands. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or food retail industry, capable of developing and executing cohesive marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, drive market share, and foster customer loyalty across both organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the business goals of both Mister Donut and Goldilocks. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Marketing Planning : Create and manage annual and long-term marketing plans, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns for both brands.
Campaign Management : Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Market Research : Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities for brand growth. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing teams for both brands, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Budget Management : Oversee and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with operations, sales, product development, and finance teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within the QSR or food retail industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing successful brand and marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
