Leads sales and marketing strategy, manages the MSD team, drives revenue growth, recruits managers, sets sales goals, and oversees market trends and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Reports to EVP & COO

Develops and executes sales and marketing strategies

Builds customer relationships to grow revenue and market share

Recruits and manages sales and marketing managers

Oversees MSD team and cross-department collaboration

Sets strategic direction through client networking, industry research, budgeting, goal setting, and marketing planning

Chairs the Product Development and Marketing Committee

Performs other related duties as assigned
