MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE :
- Under the supervision of the Executive Consultant, this role is primarily responsible for the development of strategic activities of the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Provides leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies.
POSITION FUNCTIONS :
Drive Strategic Planning & Execution of the Sales and Marketing department :
Lead the development and articulation of end-to-end sales and marketing strategies
Translate those strategies into detailed annual operating plans with clear KPIsOversee campaign‑ and project‑level roadmaps—setting milestones, budgets and success metricsEstablish new and expand existing sales force through strategic partnerships, channel alliances and referral networks;Coordinates with the Branch Offices’ Sales Manager, Park Marketing Staff and, the subsidiary / ies for sales related matters;Assists the Executive Consultant in the preparation of correspondence to clients, memos, contest circulars, reports for distribution to the sales force / departments concerned;Provides Executive Support & Reporting :Prepare high‑level correspondence, board‑ready reports and strategic memos for the Executive Consultant and C‑suite
Monitor performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to senior leadershipPresent reports to the Management Committees and the Board as neededHandles complaints and other concerns from clients, sales force and all other departments / parks;Consults and coordinates with other Departments, Suppliers, and Contractors regarding sales related concerns and requirements;Coordinates with media contacts to get updates on ad rates, placements, sponsorships, developments etc.Checks and countersigns accuracy of various Purchase Requisition / Cash Advance / requests from provincial parks (including, but not limited to, Cebu and Davao).Signs the documents such as Offer to Purchase Contract / Purchase Agreement, Transfer of Rights, Transfer of Location, Request Copy of Deed of Sale, and Certificate of Ownership of MMPCI and its subsidiary / ies.Ensure Sales and Marketing Department personnel's compliance to Company's Policies and Code of Conduct.Propose and oversee implementation of improvements on the Department's processes and procedures.Perform tasks incidental to the role or as may be assigned or delegated from time to time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
