Job Description

• Leads the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to drive long-term growth and profitability for the business unit.
• Oversees operational activities including territory management, product promotion, and distribution network optimization.
• Manages financial performance by monitoring budgets, analyzing sales data, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, distributors, and government agencies.
• Coaches and develops district managers and sales teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Unit Head (Cardiometabolic) should have :

• Bachelor''s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a strong advantage.
• A track record of leadership experience in the cardiometabolic segment (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) within the Philippine pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrates national-level expertise in both sales and marketing, with a proven ability to launch and scale brands.
• Exhibits strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and cross-functional alignment capabilities.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building across healthcare, distribution, and regulatory networks.
