Lead Generation / Sales Development Representative
Work Setup : Full-time, Remote (aligned with Australian business hours)
Salary Range : PHP 40,000 – 50,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Generation / Sales Development Representative to support our Australian engineering client. This is a full-time, remote role focused on identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, maintaining client pipelines, and supporting ongoing client relationships.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and has experience working with Australian or international clients in outbound sales, telemarketing, or SDR / BDR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Development
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to architects, builders, developers, and construction professionals
- Research and identify potential new clients using LinkedIn, directories, and CRM tools
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the leadership team
- Build and maintain a pipeline of warm prospects
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, meetings booked, conversions)
Client Retention & Relationship Support
Maintain communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and engagementIdentify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within current accountsAct as first point of contact for follow-ups and minor enquiriesPayment Follow-Up & Collections Support
Professionally chase overdue invoices via calls and email remindersUpdate payment tracking logs and liaise with the accounts teamMaintain positive client relationships while ensuring timely payment collectionRequirements
Skills & Experience Required
2–3 years’ experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or SDR / BDR roles (Australian, NZ, UK, or US clients preferred)Excellent written and spoken English, with confident and professional phone mannerExperience in cold calling, objection handling, and booking qualified meetingsFamiliarity with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRM systemsComfortable working with KPIs, activity metrics, and sales targetsStrong relationship-building skills and client-focused mindsetHigh attention to detail and ability to follow processesAbility to multitask and work independentlyExperience in engineering, architecture, construction, or property sectors is desirable but not essentialApplications & Tools Used
