The role is a full-time Sales Manager who will drive sales and build a team of up to 6 sellers for client relationships on projects in Alabang, Vermosa, and Southmont Estate. This position suits entrepreneurial, goal-oriented individuals who can devise strategies to sell our high-end portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for high-end properties and achieve or exceed targets.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a team of up to 6 premium-property specialists.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow client relationships for specified projects.
