• Develop and own comprehensive, cross-functional launch plans with clearly defined responsibilities, validated by functional leadership
• Establish strategic imperatives for launches, build and manage overall launch plans, and define objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure cross‑functional alignment
• Set up and maintain launch governance frameworks and effective ways of working
• Monitor and track overall launch progress, escalating issues as needed to keep initiatives on schedule
• Define, measure, and periodically track key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting any issues or challenges to launch leadership
• Lead and execute strategic projects related to new product planning
• Develop market understanding, assess unmet needs, and craft effective go‑to‑market strategies for new products and initiatives
• Oversee and manage critical processes for successful new launches
