About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to join the dynamic team at Stealth Global Marketing Solutions Inc. This is a full‑time role based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales strategy and execution, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets for Hotels under the company’s management, especially Panglao Vista Suites.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the hotel to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Lead, motivate and mentor a high‑performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go‑to‑market approach
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasting, and key performance metrics
- Continuously seek ways to optimise the sales process and implement best practices
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
