Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounts Payable  & Receivable : Processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring client payments are received on time.
• Financial Reporting : Generating and reviewing monthly financial reports and assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other financial statements.
• Account Reconciliation : Completing and processing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Regulatory Compliance : Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all financial documentation complies with current laws and regulations.
• Auditing Support : Assisting with annual audits and providing necessary financial documentation.
• Administrative Tasks : Performing various administrative and clerical duties as needed to support the accounting department.
