Job Description
Ability to accurately diagnose known and unknown partner business needs and translate needs into opportunities and appropriate product offering.
Strong business development skills and with the ability to translate benefits into the partner’s business language to prove value.
Ability to effectively communicate and to form strong business relationships face to face and remotely; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others.
Ability to identify travel agent partners with strong fit and which have the opportunity for long term growth.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau. CRM experience is a plus, preferably with Salesforce.
Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment.
Team player who is willing to share ideas, bring a positive attitude and can be flexible when needed
Language Skills : Must be proficient in Filipino language with good English-speaking skills.
Availability to travel within Philippines
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years work experience in the travel industry and 2 years in a related field sales role.
Preference given to Expedia TAAP users who have proficient knowledge in the product.
Energetic with excellent written and communication skills.
Good Time management skills.
Be goal oriented and able to reach targets and KPI’s.
Must be proficient in English-speaking skills.
This position is 4 days field work and 1 day at home / office.
