Job Summary :
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding partnerships across corporate (B2B) and consumer (B2C) markets. This role involves both strategic sales planning and active field engagement within the travel and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, leisure groups, and airline partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers to promote the companys travel and hospitality services.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Manage and grow assigned corporate and leisure accounts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Act as a travel representative or consultant during client visits and fieldwork.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor trends, and business expansion areas.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the travel, leisure, or hospitality industry.Experience in both B2B and B2C markets.Strong client network within the travel or corporate sectors is an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Goal-oriented with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Willing to do fieldwork and attend industry events as needed
