HR HEAD

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Head to join our team in Navotas City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in driving our company's human resources strategy and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's objectives

Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding

Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure operational excellence

Serve as a strategic business partner, advising senior leadership on HR-related matters and implementing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

Spearhead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and cultural transformation

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a consulting or shared services environment

Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements

Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address HR-related challenges

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization

Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing HR teams

Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Willing to work in Navotas or Malabon Area
