Salary Range : ₱60,000
Overview :
The District Manager – Lifecare is responsible for driving sales performance and growth within assigned territories. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and effective territory management to achieve revenue goals and market share expansion. The position also requires close collaboration with key stakeholders and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Achievement & Revenue
- Develop and execute plans to achieve district sales targets.
- Monitor and review product performance and sales trends.
- Implement strategies to sustain product movement, manage inventory, and optimize sales in hospitals, pharmacies, and other accounts.
Territory Business Management
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned district.Ensure target medical doctors (MDs) are included and regularly updated in the MR master list.Oversee and ensure timely implementation of marketing programs.Address customer inquiries and concerns in alignment with company standards.Collaborate with HR to ensure timely hiring and avoid manpower gaps.Manage operational expenses and company assets efficiently.Prepare and submit required reports and documentation on schedule.Perform other tasks assigned to support business goals.Qualifications : Must Have :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a District Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably handling oncology products.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be mobile and willing to travel or be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.Must possess a valid driver’s license.Nice to Have :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any Science-related course.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other company tools.Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.Physically and mentally fit for fieldwork and flexible schedules.Demonstrates high integrity and compliance with company policies and ethical standards.Benefits :
