We’re working with a global company (MNC) on hiring a National Sales Manager to lead the commercial team and drive retail and wholesale excellence across the Philippines . This role is pivotal in managing key accounts, executing brand strategies, and delivering sales targets through omni-channel initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach the field sales team (ACE) to exceed retail sales targets and ensure operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with retailer partners and store management.
• Drive commercial education, digital engagement, and social selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with brand teams to implement marketing and omnichannel strategies.
• Develop and execute business plans to grow market share and customer base.
• Monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
