We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of human resources functions within our organization. This role will play a key part in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting both employees and management in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HRIS updates, and HR documentation.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, from job posting to orientation.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and ensuring fair resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Partner with managers to drive HR initiatives and support workforce planning.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar HR role.Broad knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation & benefits, compliance).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office tools.What We Offer
