We're Hiring : Operations Manager – Food & Beverage / Catering Industry
Work Location : NAIA, Pasay City & Clark International Airport
Work Setup : Onsite
Work Schedule : Day Shift (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations to ensure service quality, food safety, and operational targets are met.
- Lead strategic planning and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the unit.
- Conduct and participate in internal / external audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardize quality approaches across the organization, including processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Resolve operational and customer-related issues through effective problem-solving and process improvement.
- Drive workforce productivity and efficiency to support business profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all customer requirements, cost targets, schedules, and safety standards.
Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in F&B operations, airline catering, or related hospitality / food service management roles.Strong background in operations management, quality assurance, and process improvement.Proven experience managing large-scale food service operations, including compliance with food safety standards.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TQM, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Willing to travel between NAIA and Clark Airport (travel expenses covered).A Master’s degree or certifications in Quality Management, Lean, or related fields is an advantage.Interested applicants may send their application
