Operations Manager (Food & Beverage and Catering Industry)

Job descriptionAt least 5 years of experience in F&B operations, airline catering, or related hospitality / food service management roles. Strong background in operations management, quality assurance, and process improvement. Proven experience managing large-scale food service operations, including compliance with food safety standards. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TQM, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel between NAIA and Clark Airport (travel expenses covered). A Master’s degree or certifications in Quality Management, Lean, or related fields is an advantage.
We're Hiring : Operations Manager – Food & Beverage / Catering Industry
Work Location : NAIA, Pasay City & Clark International Airport
Work Setup : Onsite
Work Schedule : Day Shift (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations to ensure service quality, food safety, and operational targets are met.
- Lead strategic planning and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the unit.
- Conduct and participate in internal / external audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardize quality approaches across the organization, including processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Resolve operational and customer-related issues through effective problem-solving and process improvement.
- Drive workforce productivity and efficiency to support business profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all customer requirements, cost targets, schedules, and safety standards.
