Responsibilities : Handle incoming phone calls and replace current virtual phone answering service Provide exceptional customer service to patients scheduling appointments and seeking information Manage appointment scheduling through the Tebra medical record system Conduct follow-ups with patients as needed Address urgent patient concerns and escalate to the physician when appropriate Support calendar management and organizational tasks Assist with practice operations using Zoho workforce platform Help bridge operational gaps while the physician takes on additional consulting responsibilities Support the scaling and growth of the virtual practice Learn and adapt to practice workflows and procedures Requirements : Excellent customer service and communication skills Tech-savvy with ability to learn new software platforms quickly Strong problem-solving abilities for minor issues Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Teachable and adaptable mindset Common sense and ability to follow detailed instructions Professional phone manner and patient interaction skills Medical experience preferred but not required Ability to think proactively and evolve in the role
