About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with at least 2 years of proven experience providing HR and medical assistant support to US-based clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing administrative tasks with compassionate support in a healthcare-related environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate appointments, including pharmacy scheduling, to ensure timely service delivery
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for staff and caregivers, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Review, organize, and manage medical charts with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide HR support functions, including sourcing, and onboarding caregivers and staff
- Maintain organized document control and file management systems
- Navigate and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Support continuity of care by monitoring processes and following up on outstanding tasks
- Assist in compliance tracking and record-keeping in line with US healthcare standards
Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not required).Experience & Skills :At least 2+ years of relevant experience working with US clients in healthcare, medical, case management, or HR supportFamiliarity with EHR systems (preferred)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience handling sensitive client data with confidentiality and discretionProficient in MS Office / Google WorkspaceBenefits
