Virtual Medical Assistant (AU Medical, Office-based)

Salary : 30,000 Package Monthly

Schedule : Monday – Friday (06 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience and proven track record in a medical customer service environment
• Demonstrated highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting Australian clients is highly advantageous
• Experience in an inbound / outbound call environment
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
• Proficient use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office
