Job Highlights

Contract : Independent Contractor

Schedule : 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM with an hour unpaid break

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a healthcare team where your work directly impacts patient care and clinic operations. You’ll serve as the vital connection between patients and medical services, managing professional communications while supporting critical administrative functions that keep the practice running smoothly. This hybrid role combines meaningful patient interaction through phone support with strategic administrative tasks including research, data analysis, and digital marketing support. You’ll work in a secure, professional environment with access to medical systems while contributing to the growth and success of a thriving medical practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional phone support to patients, answering inquiries and delivering professional customer service that reflects the clinic’s commitment to care
  • Manage appointment scheduling and booking through secure medical database systems, ensuring seamless patient experience
  • Access and maintain patient information systems via secure VPN connections while upholding strict confidentiality standards
  • Conduct valuable administrative research and compile insights that support clinic decision-making and operations
  • Manage social media content distribution, uploading videos and materials that educate patients about treatment options and health information
  • Create comprehensive monthly reports analyzing referral sources and lead generation data to support business growth strategies
  • Support general clinic operations through data entry, information management, and administrative coordination
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as the role evolves and expands

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients over the phone
  • Proven experience in administrative tasks, data management, and organizational systems
  • Comfort level working with medical databases, patient information systems, and healthcare-related software
  • Basic social media management experience with attention to professional healthcare standards
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and secure home office setup that meets medical data security requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive medical information and patient data
  • Technical proficiency with VPN access, basic cybersecurity protocols, and secure remote work practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail for accurate appointment scheduling, data compilation, and patient information management
  • Self-motivated work style with ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured schedule
  • Interest in healthcare and patient service with commitment to supporting positive patient outcomes
