To support this growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive brand awareness, attract new clients, and help establish a strong online presence in the local Bahrain and GCC markets.
About the Role
This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who is confident managing paid campaigns, crafting engaging content, and handling light administrative follow-ups.
The role combines creativity, analytics, and execution. Youll be the driving force behind our online visibility optimizing campaigns, creating localized content, and nurturing leads through strategic digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (75%)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) targeting Bahrain and GCC audiences.
Implement effective SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and local SEO improvements.
Develop and manage a content marketing plan for social media and digital channels.
Design and create marketing visuals using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Edit photos and videos to produce professional, brand-consistent materials.
Monitor campaign analytics, measure performance, and prepare regular reports on ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
Administrative & Client Support (25%)
Conduct follow-up emails and nurture leads who have shown interest in services.
Maintain and update the client lead database.
Provide light administrative support to ensure smooth studio operations.

Qualifications
Required :
Hands-on experience in digital marketing, with examples or a portfolio of past work.
Expertise in Google Ads (PPC), SEO, and content marketing.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic photo / video editing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Stable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
ONLY Preferred :
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
Experience with brands in the fitness, wellness, or service-based industries within the GCC.
Familiarity with the Bahrain market.
Ability to manage a flexible part-time schedule while meeting deadlines.
