Sales Account Manager

Job Description : The Sales Account Manager is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting products and services, and managing customer relationships. This role involves conducting market research, handling inquiries, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining sales records.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Identify potential accounts and client leads through market research.

2. Present and promote products and services to prospective clients.

3. Respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and address concerns effectively.

4. Maintain and organize sales documentation, customer databases, and sales reports for accurate record-keeping.

5. Conduct research on organizations to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.

6. Initiate contact with potential clients via email or phone to establish relationships and schedule meetings.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.

8. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand professional networks.

9. Inform clients about new product developments and company updates to drive engagement.

10. Develop competitive quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.

11. Conduct negotiations and renegotiations via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

12. Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a smooth client transition and provide excellent post-sale support.

13. Willing to travel for work.

14. Perform other tasks given by the Immediate Supervisor and top management.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Engineering or any related field
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales is an advantage
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Fast learner and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Spread Sheet, PPT)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to build strong professional relationships

Strong time management and organizational skills.
