Schedule : Part-time : 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (9am-1pm)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a creative architecture firm’s international expansion while managing essential operations that keep the business running smoothly. You’ll be at the forefront of business development initiatives, helping to establish valuable connections in the Singapore market while ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative functions. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic outreach work and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute meaningfully to a growing design-focused business. You’ll work closely with a passionate team of architects and have the opportunity to grow with the company as they expand their presence in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and compile lists of key developers, contractors, and builders in Singapore’s luxury development sector
  • Initiate professional outreach campaigns to establish valuable business relationships and organize meetings or teleconferences with potential partners
  • Manage and coordinate email communications for business development initiatives
  • Organize and maintain scheduling systems and calendars to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with team members to track project progress and daily activities across multiple time zones
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines with key milestones and deliverable schedules
  • Handle essential administrative tasks including data management, filing, and documentation
  • Take comprehensive meeting minutes and organize all meeting-related materials
  • Serve as a communication bridge between Singapore and Australia-based operations

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills with experience in professional business correspondence
  • Proven experience in administrative roles and office management systems
  • Strong research abilities with attention to detail for compiling comprehensive contact databases
  • Understanding of business development processes and client relationship building
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling coordination
  • Basic familiarity with Singapore’s business landscape and market dynamics (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Available to work 9am-1pm Singapore time, Monday through Friday
  • Enthusiasm for supporting creative industries and luxury market sectors
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and potentially technical software with training provided

    Requirements
