Job Description
This remote administrative role offers the unique opportunity to support a seasoned ministry leader across four distinct but interconnected organizations. You’ll be the organizational backbone that enables impactful ministry work, community outreach, and leadership development to flourish. Working directly with an established pastor and leader, you’ll manage the complex administrative demands of a multi-organizational ministry environment, from coordinating coaching sessions with pastoral clients to arranging logistics for speaking engagements and guest events. Responsibilities Manage comprehensive calendar coordination and appointment scheduling for coaching calls, meetings, and ministry events Set up and confirm coaching appointments with pastoral clients, ensuring smooth communication flow Coordinate detailed travel arrangements for speaking engagements, including ongoing communication with event hosts and venue coordinators Oversee complete guest speaker logistics when ministry leaders visit, managing all communication, travel, and accommodation arrangements Create and manage documents using Google Docs for content sharing, collaboration, and resource distribution with coaching clients Handle ongoing professional communication with diverse stakeholders including pastors, event hosts, nonprofit partners, and ministry leaders Provide comprehensive administrative support across church operations, nonprofit initiatives, coaching programs, and leadership training activities Complete various forms and administrative documentation to support organizational operations Requirements Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence with ministry leaders and event coordinators Proficiency with calendar management systems, Google Docs, and standard office software applications Experience with travel coordination, logistics planning, and event support preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection and home office setup Professional discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive ministry and coaching information
